Hello my name is Naqeeb and I am in the process of creating an experimental project called Studycise. Based in Dudley, it will offer group maths tuition to year 6 children receiving free school meals (FSM). Studycise will partner with a local school and tutor a group of 5 children for a total of 12 sessions. Tutoring will be lead by a qualified teacher, last an hour and be taught according to the National Curriculum. Children will be assessed at the start and at the end of the programme. This is In order to tailor the lessons by identifying gaps and weaknesses in knowledge. And finally, to measure their progress and evaluate impact.
Currently, Studycise is in the conceptual phase, so I need your support to move forward. Here are a few ways you could help; donate money, offer insightful feedback and/or perhaps even work with me on the project.
My vision is to reduce education inequality in the Dudley borough. I want to achieve this by offering private tuition services to children from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
